Main Fiction: “New Teeth” by James Sallis

Originally published in Analog.

While mostly wandering around the house, Jim sits down from time to time to write books like Drive, from which the Nic Refn film derived; or to translate a novel by Raymond Queneau; to publish five poetry collections and three of musicology; to write the six-volume Lew Griffin cycle; or to work on his regular books column for The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction. New novel is Sarah Jane, out next year, along with a much expanded new edition of an early book of criticism, Difficult Lives. In the sixties, in London, he helped edit New Worlds.  He still doesn’t know what he wants to be when he grows up.

Narrated by: Ant Bacon

Ant Bacon has worked as an actor and voice over artist in TV, film, stage and commercials for almost 20 years. As of Sept 2018 he is a (very) mature student studying a media production course. When Ant isn’t working he can either be found baking in the kitchen, getting overly competitive in a pub quiz or in the gym trying to undo the toll of the previous two activities. If you’d like to say hi he is on Twitter; @antbacon
