Well, that was certainly a fruitful podcast in getting connected with some current authorship; but the story escaped me. That Cassandra was projecting herself with mixed success…the fires intervened in her soma…back in time before her city got bombed, and jinxed it by making contact with another person’s projection to a bit after the fact? The city was cloaking itself as a bombed asset, then stopped? The invading army actually toggled more people into ghosts in their unglossed transgression of Cassie’s now? Oh look, this is the solitary instance where Wikipedia doesn’t explain the adaptation.
