I’ve recently been playing with cold brew coffee. You basically leave a pound of coffee in room temperature water for 24 hours and then filter out the grounds and you have a coffee concentrate. You can mix it with water and warm it up or make iced coffee. It has a great taste with no bitterness. Kind of chocolate flavors. Very good.
